Who we are

FaisalMahfuz.com is the personal website of Faisal Mahfuz, operated by the office of Faisal Mahfuz / SUFI EMPIRE, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Contact: admin@faisalmahfuz.com.

What we collect

When you submit a form (Contact, Ask Faisal, Investor Relations, Partnerships, Careers, Community or Newsletter) we store the details you enter, together with the page you submitted from, campaign parameters (UTM), your approximate country and city derived from your IP address, and your browser user-agent. We do not store your IP address; we store only a salted, one-way hash of it to prevent abuse.

We measure visits with first-party, cookie-free analytics: page path, referrer, approximate country and device type, keyed by an identifier that changes every day and cannot identify you. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. If enabled, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may also process usage data under their own terms.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, to route it to the right person in SUFI EMPIRE, to protect the site against spam and abuse, and to understand which content is useful. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the site securely.

Who can see it

Only authorised members of the office of Faisal Mahfuz. We use trusted processors to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Sanity (content), Clerk (staff sign-in) and Cloudflare (bot protection). We never sell personal data. Ask Faisal answers may be published without your name or contact details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to five years, then deleted or anonymised. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics records are aggregated after 25 months.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing admin@faisalmahfuz.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
