About
A builder of institutions, not just companies.

In brief
Who is Faisal Mahfuz?
Faisal Mahfuz founded his first companies in 2012 — UNIFORMAKER, an institutional uniform manufacturer, and Paikaree.com, a wholesale e-commerce platform. Over the following years he built them into a group: SUFI EMPIRE, the parent of brands including SUFIF, Chamrai, Softozy, AALAA Developers, Corporate Care and Brandtory, organised under the ZUFHAM branded-house architecture.
His work is driven by a vow made at the age of ten: to build halal businesses that feed the hungry, provide healthcare and create halal employment. He treats every venture as sadaqah jariyah — charity that continues to give — and has set a 2035 horizon of ten million halal jobs.
Beyond business, he is building communities (FAJR CLUB, TAHAJJUD CLUB and ALCI), an education platform for Muslim founders (FM Academy), and writing two books, TAHAJJUD and FAJR.
Mission
Create sustainable value, build institutions, create halal opportunities, and contribute to employment generation at scale.
Vision
Build a globally respected ecosystem of businesses, assets, communities and institutions — one that outlives its founder and serves generations.
Core values
Eight values. Non-negotiable.
01
Faith
Every decision begins with the question: is this pleasing to Allah? Faith is the operating system, not a department.
02
Integrity
Halal in sourcing, in pricing, in contracts and in promises. Trust compounds faster than capital.
03
Service
Business is worship. A company exists to serve customers, employees and society — profit is the reward for serving well.
04
Excellence
Ihsan: doing the work as if it is being seen. Premium is not a price point — it is a standard of care.
05
Innovation
AI-first, systems-first. Build the tools and processes that let people do their best work.
06
Long-Term Thinking
Decisions measured in decades, not quarters. Barakah over short-term profit.
07
Stewardship
Wealth, talent and time are an amanah — held in trust, to be grown and returned with benefit.
08
Legacy
Build what continues to give after we are gone: institutions, knowledge and people — sadaqah jariyah at scale.
Leadership philosophy
Business is worship. Profit is important. Trust is more important. Legacy is more important than both.
- Build Brands. Not Shops.
- Build Systems. Not Dependence.
- Build Leaders. Not Employees.
