Faisal Mahfuz is the Founder, Chairman & Group CEO of SUFI EMPIRE, a Dhaka-based halal group spanning manufacturing, fashion, leather, technology and real estate. Since founding UNIFORMAKER and Paikaree.com in 2012, he has built brands including SUFIF, Chamrai and Softozy, with a 2035 vision of ten million halal jobs.

Faisal Mahfuz is the Founder, Chairman & Group CEO of SUFI EMPIRE, a Dhaka-based halal business group. He founded his first companies in 2012 — UNIFORMAKER, an institutional uniform manufacturer, and Paikaree.com, a wholesale e-commerce platform — and has since built an ecosystem that includes SUFIF (premium modest menswear), Chamrai (premium leather goods), Softozy (AI and software), AALAA Developers (real estate), Corporate Care and Brandtory, organised under the ZUFHAM branded house. His work is guided by a childhood vow to build halal businesses that feed the hungry, provide healthcare and create employment. He leads the FAJR CLUB, TAHAJJUD CLUB and ALCI communities, is building FM Academy for Muslim founders, and is writing the books TAHAJJUD and FAJR. His 2035 goal: ten million halal jobs.
